Please note - this turbine tool looks highly similar to many other Dyson floor tools - however it will only fit the models listed above

First ensure that you have the Dyson V8 Absolute ANIMAL Model only (Check model plate on the vacuum), Check that the brushes are clear of debris. The brushes need to be cleaned and checked regularly as Pet hairs can become entangled around the brushes meaning that the brushes won’t turn or rotate. – This is the most common issue and it’s just a case of removing any debris and re-attaching the turbo tool
